Bobby and Marilyn first started in the beauty industry in Ada, Oklahoma in 1980. After much success and a desire to grow, Bobby and Marilyn moved to San Antonio with their two daughters Ashley and Mallory to start an RDA on the east side of San Antonio. With humble beginnings calling on salons, filling orders in their garage, and working all hours into the night, they were eventually successful enough to be able to purchase all of the San Antonio territory and since then have grown year after year with now 4 store fronts, 5 DSC’s and a family of over 20 employees. They attribute their success to the support of Papa Bird who inspired them to start the business so many years ago and the loyal, loving family of RDA employees.
